TANOS YAZILIM VE BILISIM HIZMETLERI SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (Tanos Yazilim ve Bilisim) built the mobile applications (the App) such as Self Therapy, Face Lord, Face Yourself, Tanosudoku, ECHO, WordsUp, Tanos, etc. (All Apps). This Service is provided by Tanos Yazilim ve Bilisim (“We”, “our” or “us”) is intended for use as is.
Using this App, its users’ (“you” or “your”) accept the following terms of use, responsibility policies, and privacy policy.


The Apps support multi-languages, and its native language is English. There may be errors due to translation in other languages; by the way, our company is not responsible for spelling errors, etc., other than English. We would be pleased to report your bug reports via feedback or email.


By downloading or using the Apps, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure, accordingly, that you read them carefully before using the Apps. You're not allowed to copy or modify any part of the Apps or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the Apps' source code, and you also shouldn't try to translate the Apps into other languages or make derivative versions. The Apps itself, and all the trademarks, all the figures, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to our app publisher.


Our app publishers are committed to ensuring that the Apps is as useful and beneficial as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the Apps or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.


The App stores and processes the personal data that you have provided to our Service. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the Apps secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and it could mean that the Apps won't work correctly or at all.
You should be aware that there are certain things that our app publishers will not take responsibility for; certain functions of the Apps will require the Apps to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Still, our app publishers cannot take responsibility for the Apps not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left.


If you're using the Apps outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the Apps, or other third-party charges. Using the Apps, you're accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Apps outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device you're using the Apps, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the Apps.


Along the same lines, our app publishers cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the Apps, i.e., You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery. You can't turn it on to avail yourself of the Service; we cannot accept responsibility.


Concerning our app publishers' responsibility for your use of the Apps, when you're using the Apps, it's essential to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Our app publishers accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on the Apps' functionality.


At some point, we may wish to update the Apps. The Apps is currently available on Android & iOS & Huawei– the requirements for all three systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the Apps to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the Apps. Our Apps publishers do not promise that it will always update the Apps to be relevant to you and works with the Android & iOS & Huawei version installed on your device. However, you promise forever to accept updates to the application when offered to you; we may also wish to stop providing the Apps. We may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the Apps, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

The Apps Does Not Provide Medical Advice
The contents of the Face Lord Apps, such as text, graphics, images, information obtained from the Apps' licensors, and other material contained on the Apps ("Content") are for fun, advice, and informational purposes only. The Content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the Apps. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor immediately. The Apps do not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, psychiatrists, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned on the Apps. Reliance on any information provided by The Apps, employees, others appearing on the Apps at the invitation, or other visitors to the Apps are solely at your own risk.


In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Our Apps enables in-app purchases and subscriptions. We do not process payments for in-app purchases, subscriptions nor have access to your credit card information. Payment transactions for in-app purchases and subscriptions are completed through the app store via your app store account. Any post-purchase processes are controlled by the app store and are subject to specific terms of such app store.


We reserve the right to change, modify or vary the price, package and features of the Tanos Yazilim ve Bilisim subscription plans that we make available from time to time. If we change or modify the price and package of such subscription plans, we will provide you with advanced notice of the applicable changes or modifications. You may discontinue to use the Tanos Yazilim ve Bilisim offered under a subscription plan and request the cancellation of your subscription to such Tanos Yazilim ve Bilisim at any time. We will not be liable for reimbursing you for the cancellation of your Tanos Yazilim ve Bilisim subscription.


You may cancel your subscription by accessing your account information and following the posted instructions for cancellation of your subscription. By cancelling your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation of your subscription, you may continue to use the applicable Tanos Yazilim ve Bilisim through the remainder of your subscription term, as well as any Content that you previously created or reproduced through use of such Tanos Yazilim ve Bilisim as of the date of cancellation of your subscription, provided that such use must be in compliance with these Terms.

Auto-renewable Subscriptions
The paid subscription to these Tanos Yazilim ve Bilisim is based on an auto-renewal basis. As such, your subscription will automatically renew upon the end of your applicable subscription period (e.g., monthly, annual basis) corresponding to the term of your subscription unless cancelled in accordance with the terms of your subscription. If your subscription renewal begins on a day not contained in a given month, then we will charge you on the last day of such month. You acknowledge and agree that the timing of when you are billed and the amount billed may vary due to free trials and other promotional offers, credits applied to your account, and changes in your subscription, and you hereby authorize us to charge you for the corresponding amounts. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your billing and payment information is correct to prevent your subscription from being cancelled. If we cannot charge your payment method for any reason (such as expiration or insufficient funds), and you have not cancelled your subscription, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts, and we will attempt to charge the payment method as you may update your payment method information. This may result in a change to the start of your next subscription period and may change the date on which you are billed for each period. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if we are unable to successfully charge your payment method to renew your subscription. When your subscription ends, you will lose access to the Tanos Yazilim ve Bilisim that require a subscription.

Changes to this Terms and Use
We may update our Terms and Use from time to time. Therefore, you are recommended to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by emailing or popup services of the Apps the new 'Privacy Policy' or the 'Terms of Use' on this page.  (www.tanosapps.com)
